Speaking, for me, is about creating spaces where people feel safe to pause, reflect, and engage with new perspectives. I draw on my work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, weaving in stories and insights around gender, LGBTQ+ experiences, disability, leadership, and culture.
 

Each conversation is different but the intention is the same: to spark curiosity, invite honesty, and leave people with reflections they carry beyond the room.
