I lead diversity, equity and inclusion at Godrej Capital. Before the title, and underneath it, I am someone who has spent years watching what actually changes workplaces and what only photographs well.
The work I care about is unglamorous. The language in a job description. The assumptions inside a process. Decisions that hold up when nobody is watching.

What I learn, I write down and give away. The frameworks, the letters, the newsletter. Someone doing this work alone in their company should not have to start from zero.

Every month, I take one workplace inclusion problem and pull it apart: what causes it, and what actually fixes it. The examples come from Indian workplaces, because that is where I work and what I know.​​
